Hello Scrappers,

I don't scrapbook pink very often, but I really love this paper from Pink Paislee. Here is the layout I did for a Scrapbooking Gone Wild class last Thursday. This is me at 2. We had so much fun in the new class/crop room.

My husband and I went to Ottawa the last week of November. We had such a great time. We went to see an Ottawa Senators' game. We were right behind the players bench. What great seats!!!! We also went to the best Thai restaurant, the Parliament, the Market, on a carriage ride and finished our Christmas shopping. What a great relaxing trip. Looking forward to going again!!! We just love Ottawa. It's a beautiful city.

Reveal Day at Creative Scrappers!!!!

Hello scrappers,

I couldn't wait to show you this reveal. I just love the pattern paper line I used for this layout. It's the Man about Town line from Upsy Daisy. I have also been loving playing with Distress Stickles. Do you use a product once and then just can't seem to stay away from it. Well that has been my thing with Distress Stickles and also Sugar Coated Glitter. I have been adding Stickles to any flower I add to a layout and I have been playing with the Sugar Coated Glitter on tags. Hope you enjoy today's inspiration.

Here is the reveal from Creative Scrappers. Don't forget to go check the other designs...pretty awesome.

Have you ever bought products you have no idea what to do with??? I know I have done that more times than not...lol I just love to show people what to do with those products. Here are tags I did last Saturday at a crop to demo a few products. Hope you enjoy them. Can you take a guess at the products I used????

Hello scrappers,

I feel so much better this afternoon. All the family is finally vaccinated for the H1N1 Virus. Since my husband is a family physician and sees a lot of people with flu symptons, we thought it was very important to get the entire family vaccinated. It's been a little stressful in St George since the outbreak last week. Our schools have been closed and also lots of daycares. Keep healthy!!!

I have been working on a few layouts this past week. Here is a layout I did for a class last week and it is one of my favorites. I hope you like it!!!

I also gave a class on a Halloween layout. I used Glimmer Mist on this one and also Tim Holtz masks. Enjoy!!!!

Don't forget my first reveal for the Creative Scrappers Design Team next Sunday, November 8th. Here is a sneak peek...shhhhhhh!!! Don't tell Kristine!!!!

Hello scrappers,

There is not enough hours in the day. In the past month, I have been super busy getting ready for my fall crop that I hosted last weekend. I had 60 ladies scrapbooking friday night and Saturday. What an amazing time!!!!

This past weekend we celebrated my son's 4th birthday. He had a great party Saturday at JUST PLAY in Saint John with all his friends. He had such a great time. As you can see in the picture, I think maman had as much fun if not more than him...lol

Ethan went to his second visit to the dentist. He was soooooo good. He didn't fuss at all about getting his teeth cleaned. What a great boy he is!!!!

We also had lots of fun this past week taking fall pictures. I must say, my husband is getting pretty good at taking pictures.

Great trip!!!

Hello scrappers,

We just got back from Niagara Falls, Marineland and African Lion Safari. What a great time we had!!!! I never thought that there was that much to visit in Niagara Falls. We were there for 2 1/2 days and didn't see everything there was to see...lots for kids.

I also have been scrapbooking lots lately. I think I really missed it from taking a break for the summer. Here are a few layouts that I have done in the past few weeks and a nice desk topper for a table or office desk. I will be giving a class on the desk topper in October.

That is it for now.

Keeping Busy!!!

Can you already feel the cool air??? I can't believe summer is almost over. It seems as if we just started to get nice weather...AH wait...we did. We really only got 4 weeks of summer. I hope this means our winter is going to be very short.

Well Ethan got his first 5 stitches last week. He fell and hit his forehead on the corner of a wall at daycare. He did so well when we brought him to the hospital. It probably helped that he knew the nurse and doctor that was working. That sure made it easier. I think Maman was more upset than him. I hate seeing my baby hurt.

We are starting to have visiters on our property. I guess Deer love apples. We had two eating our apples yesterday morning. They stayed long enough for me to take a few pictures. They are very beautiful animals.

We have had a very busy summer. It seems as if we haven't been home much. We had soooooo much fun with Ethan...lots of fun in the water. And it's not over, we are leaving for Toronto this Thursday. We are going to Niagara Falls, Marineland and African Safari. Ethan is soooooo excited about going on an airplane again. I think it's going to be lots of fun!!!!

I gave a basic photography class this past Friday evening in St Andrews. We had so much fun taking pictures. I especially loved taking pics of the sunset.

That's it for now.
